Our Brooklands kitchen doors have a traditional frame style featuring a neat cockbead in-set with a classic butt hinge in brass, satin chrome or polished chrome finish. Brooklands is available in 25 colours, including wood grain finishes, or if you’re looking for something a little bit different, we provide a colour matching and paint to order service.
The Brooklands range – designed, constructed, and painted by craftsmen using the finest quality materials – includes 66 standard curve doors, open units, end units, bottle racks and island cabinets. We also offer a bespoke service to create both concave and convex curves in all ranges to suit tall wall units, larder ends, open dressers & pan drawers. We can also round the end of island units to incorporate circular chopping boards or perching areas.
There are elements in interior design that remain solid and comfortably constant. The period framed kitchen is a perfect example.
Shaker Doors are manufactured as a Five Piece Door, that feature a flat centre veneer wood panel, set in a solid wood frame to create a traditional look. These can be manufactured from all wood species including Oak, Ash, Maple, Cherry, Walnut, Pipi Oak, Pine, and Tulipwood. If you are going for painted shaker doors and want to still see the wood grain under the painted finish, we recommend either Oak or Ash, alternatively to see very little wood grain we recommend using Tulipwood. For complete grainless, and no viewable joins totally smooth line, MDF should be the option.
J-Profile
-Profile is a cleverly designed, integrated door and drawer handle featuring a unique J-Shaped groove for ease of opening. The handleless look will provide a sleek, modern look to your kitchen. The J-Profile groove runs the full length of the Door and Drawer front, however an alternative to this is the Stop & Start J-Profile groove, which is a design statement in itself, & does not run the full length of the door/drawer front. All these doors can be painted in any colour of your choice, as well as Matt or Gloss paint finishes. Solid wood Shaker Doors, can also be manufactured with J-Profile Finger Groove.

How does the Invisacook work?
The Invisacook-System is to be installed underneath your countertop. Using our own advanced Invisa-Induction-Technology, it works through your countertop to effectively heat up your coorkware and not waste Energy. Additionally, the Invisacook does not gernerate direct heat, it remains safe to use as traditional countertop space when you are not cooking.
The Invisacook Controller can be installed into your Countertop, Backsplash or in a drawer.

Cooking on Countertops thanks to the Invisable Induction Hob by Invisacook
Ceramic Countertops are particularly suitable for the Inviacook for example Dekton, Marazzi, Sapienstone, Neolith, Level, Infinity, Coverlam. Ceramic Countertops are easy to maintain clean and durable. Ceramic Materials can even withstand temperatures up to 1200C°. Ceramic is also scratch and cut resistant and enables thin Countertops. This means, Kitchen Design can me more filigree.
Ceramik Countertops are completely waterproof and do not absorb any moisture. It is resistant to aggressive and acidic Cleaning-Agents; this enables a correspondingly intense cleaning of the surface.
FAQ
The control panel is usually placed in the middle of the hob in or on the drawer. Accordingly, you have an approximate orientation to the cooking areas. The system signals with a beep and flashing in the control panel that the cookware is not yet properly placed. Once the cookware is properly placed, the sound will stop beeping after 3 seconds and the cookware will be heated.
Invisacook recommends the use of 12mm ceramic and 20mm Dekton.
Compatible cookware: The most suitable cookware is a so-called 3-ply and 5-ply cookware. This cookware speeds up the cooking process and saves energy.
Not compatible: Cookware made of aluminum, copper, or glass will only work if it has a layer with magnetic properties on the bottom. Many manufacturers have started to add a magnetic layer to the bottom of such pots and pans. However, it can be very thin and takes longer to heat up than a high-quality induction pan.
NOTE: Cast iron pans are induction pans, but they get extremely hot due to the metal content they contain and reflect a large amount of heat that is not good for your countertop over time. Invisacook asks that you do not use this type of cookware.
Compatibility tests
To determine if a pot or pan is compatible with your induction stove, hold a magnet on the bottom and side of the cookware.
– If the magnet sticks to the bottom and side, the cookware will work on an induction cooktop.
– If the magnet on the cookware grips gently, the cookware is not magnetic enough.
– If the magnet does not stick, it does not contain the right metals and does not generate heat.
Note: Many manufacturers have started to put an “induction compatible” symbol on the bottom of their cookware or to note compatibility on the packaging. The symbol often looks like a horizontal coil.

Invisacook requires a 220V connection.
Please never heat cooking pots and pans without contents. When oil is heated in a pan, the oil becomes very hot very quickly. This can cause stress in the ceramic. Level 5 is sufficient for cooking with oil and helps to save energy.
This is the result of the burners sharing power. With multiple burners on, the unit will automatically attempt to work as efficiently as possible. That being said, there is no need to worry — your burners are still receiving adequate levels of power in order to maintain efficient cooking temperatures.
Yes. The surface will get warmer and warmer over time as you cook, eventually becoming hot to the touch. For your standard short cooking time, the surface will not get that hot. However, once you have surpassed about 10 minutes’ worth of cooking time, the surface will be hot and you should exercise caution around the area in use.
